SPORTS PHOTOGRAPHY INCENTIVE PROGRAM

As an incentive to promote "sports photography", I'm offering up to three (3) free digital images of individuals ("subjects") who assist in setting up an action sports shoot.

Details:
● Free digital images are high resolution, un-stamped and come with a full copyright release.
● Subject must be an active team member.
● Images must be "action shots" of the subject (no posed shots with friends/teammates).
● While the actual "subject" can be of any age, you must be 18 or older to participate. In other words, I'll be happy to shoot any age from youth soccer to adult softball, but an 18 or older adult must be my primary contact when discussing scheduling, permissions (from coaches) and distributing images and web links. 18 and under contact policy applies.
● Must have e-mail approval from the coach/AD before I can commit to schedule. If the subject is under 18, I'll leave it to the discretion of the parent/guardian as to who (you or them) solicits approval from the coach/AD. All I really need is a "sure, send him on out" from the coach - that simple.
● Limitations apply to the quantity of shoots I'll do for any one team.

Claiming your free images:
● Once the images have been processed and posted to the web, others may purchase images at regular prices. To claim your free images, simply e-mail the web link to your teammates and CC me on the e-mail. I won't use or store your teammates address's, I just need to know that your teammates are alerted to the availability of the images and have the opportunity to purchase photos if they desire to. Otherwise, I'm just doing "free work" for individuals.

● Once I've been "CC'd" on your e-mail, select your free images and I'll get them to you ASAP with my gratitude! (No purchase necessary by your teammates, your commitment is done!)

In short, if you're 18 or older and an active member of a sports team, give me a shout and we'll make this happen. Under 18; please have a parent/guardian contact me to schedule a shoot. (Under 18 feel free to e-mail me any questions, but be aware that we'll need to get a parent/guardian involved ASAP beyond that.)
