PHOTO'S - No photo's processed through Bogle Photography are made available for general public access through this website with the following exceptions (1-4):

1)   I reserve the right to display client photo's within a general Photo Collage for the sole purpose of displaying Photo Samples. When used for this purpose, combined with a large quantity of other photo's, the resulting resolution for any individual photo extracted from the collage is extremely low and unusable except for the specific purpose stated here.

2)   I reserve the right to display client photo's grouped together (2 or more) in a "digital matte" for the sole purpose of displaying Digital Matte Samples. When used for this purpose, the resulting resolution for any individual photo extracted from the digital matte is low and unusable except for the specific purpose stated here. Any extracted sample will generally not exceed 200x300 (500 total max. ).

NOTE for 1 & 2 above: These low resolution display methods are employed not to protect from copyright infringement, but to protect your privacy by preventing useable images from your private session from being dumped into the WWW for all eternity for anyone to download.

3)   I reserve the right to use any client photo in a printed portfolio of my work to show to prospective clients. This portfolio will remain in my immediate possession at all times.

* The exceptions stated above (1-3) are merely provided as a starting point. Each client is given the opportunity prior to any photo session to limit the use of their photo's as they see fit and supersede any of the rights I've stated above. Please notify me if there is a potential conflict with any of the exceptions above.

4)   Photos taken at public events may be posted at my discretion. When done so, images will be posted ONLY in low-resolution (200 x 300 or less) format and are not intended for or suitable for printing or enlarging on your screen larger than shown. This is done not so much to protect from any copyright infringement, but simply in an effort to prevent useable images from being dumped into the WWW for all eternity for anyone to download. These same photos are often made available in high-resolution format absolutely free to qualified persons.

YOUR PERSONAL PHOTOS ON THE WEB - You may have the opportunity to have your photo's made available at this website for sharing with family and friends. In this case, the photo's will be displayed in a private web page created especially for you and you will be provided with a unique link that you control who has primary access too. This unique webpage will be virtually invisible to everyone except yourself and anyone you share your link with.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION - Any information shared with Bogle Photography is strictly for my use ONLY for the specific occasion and circumstance that it is given. However, I do reserve the right to use your contact information, if you elect, to contact you in the future with any special offers or notices.
